Took my Twitter agent from ‘posts every 4 hours with my approval’ to ‘does everything — drafts, replies, auto-posts, logs — by itself.’ 30 target accounts monitored every 2 minutes. Kimi drafts replies in my voice, scores them, auto-posts anything ≥8/10. Originals every 4 hours, multimodal memes wired via Ideogram (~$0.03/image), self-reply loop for the 150× X algorithm multiplier. I review the day’s output in a dashboard instead of approving every tweet in Telegram. Dropped my involvement from ~20 touches/day to 1 glance/day. Repo + architecture write-up coming next week.
🛠 TOOL SPOTLIGHT: Claude Design
Access: claude.ai + Claude Code on Opus 4.7. Input: text, sketches (photo or iPad), existing screens for iteration. Output: production components with design tokens + a11y + a Claude Code repo to ship from. First AI design tool that actually understands ‘design’ — not just ‘make pixels.’ I shipped a working screen from a whiteboard photo in under an hour this week. The ‘Figma → Jira → engineer’ chain just collapsed into one step.
📡 INTEL BRIEF: Three signals from the frontier this week
- <strong>Anthropic shipped Claude Design</strong> — sketch or prompt to shipped prototype in one pass. Stitch, Lovable, and v0 just got leapfrogged.<br><br>2. <strong>Opus 4.7 is GA inside Claude Code</strong> with faster multi-step runs. Route hard reasoning to 4.7, keep Sonnet for the rest, and you’ll see real bill compression.<br><br>3. <strong>The ‘one-person product team’ thesis is no longer speculative</strong> — the tools collapsed the design→PM→eng handoff chain this week. Org charts at product-first companies are about to look different.
